KART A WAY Ltd is a family owned waste management company based in Essex. We recognise a duty of care to our customers and to the general public to manage waste safely, without causing pollution to the environment or harming human health

• It is the company’s policy to:
• Evaluate and manage environmental impacts when developing policies and change initiatives.
• Operate wherever practical to standards higher than those required by legislation or regulation.
• Conserve resources by the efficient use of raw materials and energy.
• Maximise the recycling of all wastes handled to ensure the as little as possible is deposited in landfill.
• Minimise social impacts such as noise, odours and loss of visual amenity.
• Engage the cooperation of employees through consultation and the promotion of this policy.
• Take into consideration the views of other interested parties and respond to community environmental concerns.
• Continuous development of environmental waste management controls and audits to ensure the implementation of this policy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Review regularly the basis of this policy.
